"Believe" - Original Acrylic Painting by Emma Leibow (Value: Priceless)

Emma took inspiration for this year's contribution to the auction from the thing she missed most during COVID lockdown. Her abstract depiction of a sandy beach washed by the gentle waves in her imagination was painted with acrylic on canvas.

About Emma
Emma Leibow is the inspiration for the NF Hope Concert. She, like 128,000 other in this country alone, was born with Neurofibromatosis (NF), the disorder characterized by tumors that can grow on any nerve in the body without warning.

This year has brought challenges for Emma as she and her family continue on this journey. Two years ago, a large complex of tumors in her left leg necessitated the first of what will be four to five orthopedic surgeries. This year was supposed to be the start of her next set of surgeries, but they had to be postponed due to COVID.

Despite these challenges, she continues to face every day with incredible bravery and continues to provide inspiration to her parents and the work they do on the NF Hope Concert.
