Update on Believe Ball

Like many of you, we have been watching the rapid spread of Omicron with great concern. Not only are cases reaching record numbers in Georgia and beyond, but the Omicron variant is evading the vaccine, with many people who are fully vaccinated and boosted becoming infected. Given this surge, we have concluded there is simply no way we can safely and responsibly host a large event. Thus, it is with tremendous sadness that we have decided to cancel the Believe Ball.

Because our priority is the health, safety, and well-being of all of you, your families, the children we serve, and the community at large, the decision to cancel the Believe Ball is not a difficult one. However, it comes at a tremendous cost to CURE. The Believe Ball is our single largest fundraiser. The funds raised are critical to our ability to support the families we serve and keep our precision medicine program and other vital research moving forward.

You can help by participating in the amazing silent auction, which will open online on Saturday, January 8th at 9:00 am EST.
