Rent the Ranch Experience

A weekend experience like no other: enjoy the beauty, heritage, and wildlife of YMCA Roberts Ranch for two unforgettable nights. You and up to three other family members or guests are invited to stay in the rustic, original ranch house, or camp outside if you prefer. Enjoy a gorgeous view from the back porch, the perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee or hanging out by a campfire. Tailor your weekend to your passions and interests: Experience a guided hike up the Childs Ridge Trail or stroll the rugged ranch roads crisscrossing the 1100 acres. Utilize our numerous blinds for wildlife viewing or photography. For guests interested in a hunting experience, we can coordinate a guided opportunity with our lead hunter to harvest an exotic animal or antlerless whitetail. (Note: Roberts Ranch is not managed for trophy animals and is not high fenced. We monitor and manage our wildlife resources for optimal natural resource management.) COVID protocols in place. Date in 2021 to be mutually agreed upon.

Presented in museum-fashion, his collection includes important historical revolvers that were owned by famed Rangers Jack Hays, Sul Ross, Charles Goodnight, and Ben McCulloch; revolvers of the Colt family, and an extensive presentation of ColtÕs first breech-loading repeater, the Open Top .22. Family Campout Experience

Up to 8 adults and 8 youth can experience a ranch weekend all to themselves. Provide your own camping equipment. Bathroom facilities, indoor kitchen, and BBQ grills available. Guides can coordinate nature hikes and educational opportunities. Bring your fishing poles, your hiking boots, and your cameras. (Note: NO HUNTING on family camp out weekend.)
