Help us continue the important work Dr. Craig Childs began in monitoring and managing the feral hog population at YMCA Roberts Ranch. Dr. Childs and his Hog Team were able to trap and remove over 90 hogs during their first year of management effort. We need to continue the momentum of this tremendous success and have taken steps to do so. Help us continue!

After his departure from Roberts Ranch and before his move to the northeast, Dr. Childs donated his JagerPro hog trap and cameras to the Ranch and they have been erected and baited in preparation to continue hog management efforts. There are still many costs associated with the process-- monthly game cam costs, corn and other bait (Dr. Childs and his team swear by Mrs. Buttersworth's syrup!) Help us continue this important work that helps preserve our precious plant species and habitat for our native Texas wildlife.
