Oh Shucks! It's Time To Eat Oysters with Bryan Rackley
You and 11 friends will be joined (virtually!) by Bryan Rackley, James Beard Award Winning Kimball House Co-Owner and Oyster Bar Manager, for a seat at his virtual chef's table.
Each person will receive a dozen oysters, mignonette sauce, lemon slices, towel, oyster knife, and a signature cocktail. All items will be available for pick up at the restaurant the day of the event.
Bryan will teach you and your friends how to shuck oysters like a pro from the comfort of your own kitchen. Learn about sustainable oyster farming, the comeback of oyster beds in the South, and everything you ever wanted to know about oysters.
There will be two Zoom events to choose from:
Monday, October 12 at 5pm
Monday, November 9 at 5pm
The Oct 12 Zoom event can also be recorded and shared with you to watch at another time at your leisure.
