The proceeds of this online auction event will benefit the American Warrior Initiative!

The objective of the non-profit American Warrior Initiative (AWI), sponsored by Fairway Independent Mortgage, is to educate, encourage and inspire Americans to give back to our military.

EDUCATE: A key part of this initiative is our education platform for real estate agents and mortgage professionals. To date, AWI has trained over 25,000 Real Estate and Mortgage industry professionals.

ENCOURAGE: In 2019 alone, these events, along with donations from Fairway Mortgage branches across the nation, resulted in over $800,000 in donations for American veterans and veteran organizations. Because of this generosity, AWI was able to provide service dogs to fifty-two veterans, donate $70,000 to veteran-assistance based nonprofits, and help another forty veterans with financial assistance, home repairs, and various other initiatives.
