About the Chef:

Bhumin Desai wanted to work for the best chef in the city. "I'd love to hear an argument, but in my opinion, that's Jean-Robert," he said. When a spot opened up at Jean-Robert's Table, Bhumin leaped at the opportunity. Working under Chef Jean-Robert, he learned to pay attention to detail and that not everyone is going to love what you give them.

Bhumin has since gone on to work at Bouquet Restaurant and Wine Bar as Sous Chef, Maplewood Kitchen and Bar as General Manager and Chef, and now Culinary Director at Y'all Hospitality where he works with folks at Butler's Pantry inside Covington's RiverCenter.
