Why should I provide an email for ticket purchases?
We are 100% committed to the flawless execution of your event. By capturing email addresses during ticket purchase, your guests will receive immediate notification that a ticket has been purchased for them. The email contains pertinent event information which the guest can refer to up to the day of the event and can be used at tax time as a receipt for tax purposes.
Due to the prevalence of COVID-19 in our community and because our highest priority is to maintain the safety and well-being of players, volunteers, and staff, this year's tournament will feature some special precautions.
This year all teams will be assigned specific tee times. Teams will be scheduled every ten minutes, starting at 8:00 am. Tee times will be available on a first-come first-served basis, so register your team early to secure your preferred spot.
All payments for our "SUPER PASSES" MUST be made prior to the tournament through https://PONY2020.givesmart.com or email/mailed with the registration form.
In order to maintain physical distancing, a dinner program, as provided in previous years, will not take place.
If your tee time is scheduled prior to 12:00 pm breakfast and lunch will be provided in individual boxes at the start of the tournament. If your tee time is scheduled after 12:00 pm lunch will be provided in an individual box and a hearty snack will be provided.
Various snacks and beverages will be available to all golfers throughout the course of the tournament. There will NOT be coolers on the course. There will be (4) designated stations throughout the course.
Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the course.
All prizes will be awarded through email or mail after the event.
Should this event be canceled for any reason, we will first make our best effort to reschedule at a later date.
