Terms of Service/Privacy Statement

I understand and agree that the Dive Pirates Foundation will retain my personal information I have provided for fundraising and communication purposes which includes, but is not limited to, my name, address, phone number and email address.  This personal information will be stored in the Dive Pirates Data Base.  Dive Pirates will take the reasonable steps to ensure that this data is protected.    

I consent to the Dive Pirates Foundation accessing this information for fundraising and communication purposes.  I further certify that I am more than eighteen (18) years of age and competent to comply with this request.

I understand that I may at any time request that my personal information be removed from the Dive Pirates Database by contacting the Executive Director in writing at [email protected].
