About Angel Aid Virtual Auction
Welcome our virtual online auction.Thanks to our generous donors, you can bid to win some amazing items while supporting AHA! All proceeds from this auction will support the AHA Tuition Assistance Fund which will benefit those in our school community who have been impacted by Covid 19. Items will be available for curbside pick up only at the school (no items will be mailed).

  •  If you haven't already, click the above REGISTER NOW button to register for the auction.  You will need to provide a credit card and address information in order to bid. Please scroll down to review the below Auction Rules as well.

  • Click the above VIEW ITEMS button to view and bid on our auction items.

  • Items  are available to preview now and will be available for bidding starting on June 12th at 6:00pm and will remain open for bidding until 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 20th. If you are outbid on an item you will receive a text notification alerting you.

  • You can also make a direct donation to support the AHA Tuition Assistance Fund using the above DONATE button. If you only plan to make a donation (and do not plan to bid on items), you can click the PAY tab to pay your balance at any time.

  • All winning bidders (and anyone who has made a donation and not yet paid their balance) will be charged on Saturday, June 20th at 12:00 p.m. following the closing of the auction.

AUCTION RULES

1.   This is a 21+ event

2.   All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are permitted. 

3.   All items are sold "as is." Please read special instructions carefully. Special instructions include but are not limited to restrictions, availability, transfer of items, and expiration dates. Vouchers and certificates have no cash value. 

4.   Any upgrades, up-charges, or cancellations by the winning bidder are the responsibility of the winning bidder.

5.   AHA believes all descriptions and commentary accompanying the auction items to be correct; however, AHA makes no warranties or representation of any kind regarding the items or services provided. 

6.   The last and the highest qualified electronic bid entry at the close of the auction shall be the buyer of that item. 

7.   Items will be available for curbside pickup only at the school on Monday, June 22nd from 12-6 p.m. Winners not able to collect at that time will need to make alternate arrangements by contacting the Events Office.

8.   If you win an auction item, you may be able to deduct the portion of your purchase price that exceeds the item's Fair Market Value (FMV). Please consult your tax advisor.
