How does Franktown's Silent Auction Work? We will be using mobile bidding for our auction. You can use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to keep up with the status of your bids, terms and to continue bidding until the auction closes September 30, 2020 at 7 pm CST.  Click here to learn how to bid.
 

How do I participate in the online bidding auction?:  All that is required is Registering through our Givesmart! Scroll up this page & hit the 'Register Now' button. Enter your name, phone number, e-mail. If you are interested in becoming a Live Event Host, you may select that here too! Please be aware Credit Card information is required to bid. 
 
How does bidding work?: Once the Silent Auction is live on September 8, you may browse the Auction and start bidding on your favorite items! Simply click 'My Activity' at the top of your homepage! You can save your favorite items by clicking the Star icon under the item of your choice. This will make it easier to find what you like. Items you bid on and/or star, will appear so you can keep track of them. 

How will I know if I am outbid or if I have won an item?: If you win or if you are outbid on an item, you will be notified via text. If you do NOT receive text messages make sure the phone number you have listed as your mobile is correct under your profile. Text messages will continue to notify you if you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid.  You may use "Max Bidding" to ensure you win by selecting "Auto Bid", enter the amount you wish to be maxed out at.  The site will automatically increase If you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been out bid or reached your maximum bid. The site will automatically increase your bidding as needed to keep you as the winner. The bid will increase until your amount is reached. 
 
What are 'Premier Items?': Premier items are select high-valued items that will only be open for bidding September 8th. Make sure to get your bids in on time so you don't miss out!
 
How will I collect my winnings?: When the silent auction closes, you will receive a text message if you won any items. Auction winners are required to make payment the night of the event** All auction items will be available for pick up ONLY on the dates following: Friday, October 2, 2020 or Saturday Oct 3, 2020 between the hours of 10 am - 4 pm.  You will receive details of the address upon your winning bids. If you cannot pick up during these times, please email [email protected] to schedule a different time/location. If you live outside of Tennessee, winning item(s) will be mailed to you. The Winning bidders are responsible for any shipping and insurance charges*

*Adult Beverages - Franktown is NOT allowed to ship adult beverages to any location. These items MUST be picked up at the location of items. All alcoholic beverages MUST be picked up by individuals 21 + years of age.

When is the deadline to Sign up as a Live Event Host? We are encouraging everyone that is interested in hosting a watch party in their home to sign up before September 16. This way we can ensure your free Host Kit is delivered in time. We are also partnering with an exclusive offer from Brentwood Market for dinner, you will receive details in your Host Kit! 10% of Proceeds go to Franktown Open Hearts.
