Pressure Point Sessions use different size balls, (i.e. tennis balls, golf balls, lacrose balls or cork balls) to relieve tension or stress in certain parts of the body. This helps to relieve tension, massage sore muscles, reduce stress and increase mobility. Recipients can book their virtual session via email, at that point we can discuss what materials if any that they have for this session.
