Your $5,000 donation will help sustain one Affordable Housing Unit or Transitional Apartment for one year. This is critical to help us continue to house homeless women and children, providing them with a home of their own to live in independently.

Your Gift of $2,500 will help provide case management and community outreach. This level of giving helps Home of the Sparrow provide comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and overall evaluation of individual client needs, linkage to community resources, complex trauma assistance for both children and moms, life skills training, as well as homelessness diversion through Outreach and Prevention Services.

Your Gift of $1000 can assist a family with one-month of rent, by providing short term rental assistance due to an emergency. Help keep women and children housed.

Your Gift of $500 will assist with Utility and Housing Expenses, including electric, gas, water and garbage bills, moving costs, home maintenance and general day-to-day living expenses.

Your Gift of $250 helps support Direct Client Services and Educational Classes. Help Home of the Sparrow provide assistance with transportation expenses; medical, dental and pharmaceutical expenses; tutoring & GED Classes; Driver's license or I.D. fees; car insurance & car repairs; certification classes, budgeting and financial classes, parenting classes and many other programs.

This is an integral part of our client's successful transition, helping them with life skills, financial training, guidance and support.

Your gift of $100 helps provide childcare assistance. Remember, 65% of the residents are children, mostly under the age of 5!

It's hard for moms to interview or go back to work when they have childcare to pay for. Home of the Sparrow assists with interim funding until subsidized childcare kicks in.
