Dai 2 was the 10th of 16 offspring of the famous Hyogo cow Kikutsuru. Along with Dai 2, Kikutsuru is also the dam of Kikuyasu & Tanifuku Doi, meaning she produced 3 of the top stud bulls in Hyogo along with numerous females that started their own lines. Longevity & consistent highly marbled carcasses is what is expected from the Kikutsuru lines.
