How does the silent auction work? 

We are using online bidding for all auction items.  You are able to use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to keep up with the status of your bids and continue bidding until the auction closes. You can be the winning bidder from anywhere in the world! For more information click here.

 How do I participate in the online bidding auction?

Get started online through the auction page.  Just hit the "Register Now" button towards the top of the page and enter your name, cell phone number, email.  A credit card is required to bid. Click here to watch How to Bid video


 How do I start and continue my bidding? 

Browse the Auction Items and start bidding on your favorite items. Place your bids on selected items, set a maximum bid if desired, and GiveSmart will continue to keep you in the running until your maximum bid. Click here to watch How to Bid video.


How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?  

You will be notified via text if you have been outbid.  Keep an eye on your favorite items if you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile.  The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid amount.  When the silent auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items. 


How do I check out?

1.   Visit the Pay page at the top of the screen.

2.   Review the purchase summary.

3.   Enter a credit card or use the one on file.

4.   Click Pay.

5.   Once payment is secured, a red Pay Stamp appears.

6.   Show the Pay stamp when you pick up your items.

How will I collect my winnings?

Auction winners are required to make payment the night of the event.  Please note you will have the chance to either pay credit card fees or allocate them to HRS.  All auction items being stored at HRS School and will be available for pick-up.  Click here for instructions.
