Craft has a way of bringing communities together. With many students staying at home with limited access to craft-based educational opportunities, the American Craft Council teamed up with Purpose Built Schools Atlanta to provide children in Southeast Atlanta with everything they would need to keep crafting over the summer. This collaboration led to the creation of more than 300 craft kits containing supplies and instructions for 16 different artist-created projects, which were delivered to students in July. Kit instructions are geared toward all ages (K-12) with some of the supplies specifically for the younger (K-5) kids. You have the opportunity to purchase one of these amazing kits for the child in your life.
