Across the nation, the call to support cultural institutions, like The Wright, thankfully continues to rise! We are committed to opening minds and changing lives for all by providing a cultural and historical perspective to the present moment. We continue to operate amid the COVID-19 pandemic, despite reduced resources, as we recognize the need for increased education around the contribution that Black lives have made, and continue to make to this nation and to the world.

Please consider making a donation now by purchasing an individual or company membership, making a tax-deductible donation, or buying a unique piece of art from our Art Auction. This is a critical time for our institution, please double your contribution by making a donation today!

We've exceeded our initial goal of $250,000, thanks to your generosity! We've set a new goal of $350,000 that will allow us to provide extra programming, reach further into the community, and continue our mission.

The Time is Wright Now- A Virtual Gathering

Wednesday, October 28, 2020 8 pm

Due to the pandemic, we will not hold our annual gala. Instead, we will gather together Wright@home, virtually, to reflect on the challenges that continue to plague our country and The Wright's role in helping the nation begin to understand the Black Experience in America and the work we have done to foster conversations that have helped the healing begin and continue during this divisive period in our history.

We hope you will join us for this very special program with appearances and performances by local and national artists along with a moving memorial tribute to those we have lost this year.

All contributions will go towards general operating support for the Wright during this critical period in our history. Tickets and Sponsorships are available on the Ticket page.
