Three (3) Bottles - Three (3) Batches
NATCA Selected/Blended Bourbon. All Bottles from each batch are bottle #25. This will be the only time you will have the opportunity to own the same number bottle from each of the NATCA selections.
Bottle 1: Garrison Brothers - Small Batch Bourbon (3 Barrels Houston Convention Committee hand selected for the blend)
Tasting Notes - The Ranch-hand; enjoying grandma's pecan pralines after loading last year's round bales. The flat spot on a round bale taste so much better than it sounds!
Barrel Notes - 3- Kelvin Cooperage 25-gallon barrels. White American Oak from Missouri, yard seasoned for 24 months. Each barrel had a 25-minute toast & a 53 char. Traditional Staves bend with fire/heat. Aged in Barn: Uno, Rick: V, Tiers: 1,2,&3 Spots: 1,3,4

Comes with a personalized wooden NATCA etched box.
Tasting Notes - Bourbon for breakfast; sweet cereal grains with a hint of banana & breakfast syrup. Barreled toffee with a hint of spicy rebellion.
Barrel Notes - The Barrel Mill Cooperage 15-gallon barrel. White American Oak from Missouri, yard seasoned for 24 months. Each barrel had a 20-minute toast & a 53 char. Traditional Stave bend using fire/heat. Aged in Barn: Uno, Rick: B, Tier: 1, Spot: 5

Barrel Notes - Black Swan Cooperage 15-gallon barrel. White American Oak from Missouri, yard seasoned for 24 months. Each barrel had a 20-minute toast & a 53 char. Non-Traditional Stave bend using steam. Aged in Barn: Uno, Rick: S Tier: 4, Spot: 2
