The original expiration date was 1 year from the event (9/27/20), but due to Covid19, the expiration date will be adjusted farther out, as necessary.

All sales are final. No returns accepted. *Additional nights, guests, and side trips and/or upgrades can be added post-event, for a fee.

Payment Please Read Thoroughly
Cash, check or credit card are accepted. After the auction closes, if purchasing with a credit card, your next step would be to select the Pay option from the top menu to check out. If paying with cash or check, payment is required when picking up the item. Exact change is appreciated.

Any silent auction items with no bids when the auction closes will be immediately available for purchase at their minimum bid price. Don't forget to browse those ... and any fundraising items such as re-usable totes (item 100) and face masks (item 101) add to your cart before checking out.

Winner's Certificate and booking details can be emailed, once the auction has closed. If you prefer to pick up printed materials, pickup is available in Longview after auction closes:
