12:00 PM Check-In for All Community Members

Pre-registration is highly suggested. Registered participants will be served first!

To participate from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM proof of service is required on day of the event

This is a 100% outdoor event and recipients will be asked to remain in their cars.

We will load food kits that include perishables and non-perishables.

We will place the items in your trunk or in your backseat.

Only one registration per household is allowed. 

By using this ticket, I grant permission to Mt. Carmel Veteran Service Center (and its designees and agents) the unrestricted right to use my, and my minor child's likeness, name, voice, story, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or other photographic display, broadcast or other transmissions, publication or reproduction made of, or at the ticketed event, in any medium or context for any purpose including commercial or promotions purposes without further authorization or compensation.
