Jon Horvath's creative process sits at the intersection of new media, photography and performance. Routinely incorporating concepts of mapping, travel, surveillance and ritual, his personal lens is often filtered through a subtle humor. His work is influenced by American literature, pop culture and his interest in the unfixed nature of a photographic experience.
Permanent collections containing his work include the Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Haggerty Museum of Art; and has been included in the Midwest Photographers Project at MoCP. Horvath currently teaches at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design.

Milwaukee-based painter and printmaker Jan Serr has a decades-long career exhibiting both nationally and internationally and is known for her rich use of color and strong composition. School Window is part of a series of photographs Serr took in India depicting painterly scenes filled with vivid colors and quiet moments. Like the landscapes, still lifes and portraits she paints, Serr's eye also designs striking images through the lens of her camera.
Her work is in the permanent collections of the Milwaukee Art Museum, the Rahr West Art Museum, the Haggerty Museum of Art and in the Johnson Foundation.
