I consent to allow WCTE-PBS to capture and use my personal data. I understand and have read the Terms of Service and understand that I may revoke this consent at any time.

By placing a bid on item(s), I am agreeing to pay for that item(s). 

It is understood and agreed that WCTE and The Great TV Auction (Upper Cumberland Broadcast Council) are not the agents of the donor and are not in any way responsible for the acts of the donor or the nature of the goods or services donated. 

Accordingly, WCTE and The Great TV Auction provide no warranties or title, merchantability, or fitness for purpose, nor any other warranty, expressed or implied.
