Enjoy the day participating in local farm-to-table processing of small farm-raised pork. This is a hands-on experience. You'll perform every step of the process from grinding the meat to running it through the casing stuffer. Learn about the art of sausage-making and charcuterie from James Chlebowski and Pat Owens.
