Wheeler's Raid Cask Strength

Cask Strength Wheeler's Raid Bourbon will be hand pick 6-8 barrels of 5-6 year old bourbon, blend it and then bottle it at cask strength. We expect this to come in between 114 and 117 proof. This will be little on the spicier side with some black cherry, vanilla and hints of caramel. It's creamy and has a superb finish.

Wheeler's Raid French Oak Bourbon will be blended bourbons between 4-6 years old and we will proof this at 105. We are going to hand finish this with medium toast French oak staves. This bourbon will provide a very balanced finish across the front, mid and back palate. You will experience a hint of that dryness and a slight essence of the French oak at the finish. This one is exquisite and while we expect to make this year round, it is getting harder and harder to find on a shelf.

Wheeler's Raid Original Rye Bourbon will be our original Rye blend and it will be a hand selected set of 4-8 barrels. We are going to proof this at 90. It's a high rye mash bill that is unbelievably tasty. The mouth feel is amazing and the full pallet experience will captivate you. You will experience a host of notes in this rye including a little mint on the front of the pallet and a softer, more Caribbean style finish.
