Enjoy a 60-minute yoga class with Colleen Caul! This yoga class can be schedule via Zoom with an unlimited amount of participants, or as an in-person class limited to 10 people at the Empowered Spaces studio.
Through meditation and mindful movement, individuals are empowered to tune into their breath and discover what will most nourish their bodies in any particular moment. Variations are always offered throughout the class, so you can make your yoga practice as gentle or heated as feels right for you. All bodies; all levels; all people welcome!
