Montecito Vista is a newly remodeled 5 bedroom, 3 bath home in Napa that offers something for everyone. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, your stay here will combine the wonders of the Napa Valley with the amenities of a family-friendly retreat.

Located approximately 1 mile from Oxbow Market, with some of the best tasting rooms and restaurants of Downtown Napa, this magical vacation home is close to it all, yet is also private and serene. More world-class restaurants and hundreds of wineries are just a short drive away in neighboring areas of the Valley.

After dinner, wind down in the hot tub while listening to your favorite tunes on the Sonos music system. Enjoy good times with friends on the bocce court, or stargaze around the firepit. Create your own wine tasting in the gazebo, or store your wine in the wine cooler for later. Walk to nearby Lakeview Park for pretty sunsets, or have a vigorous workout hiking up Montecito Boulevard to the top of the hill. Discover the magic that inspires wine country living.

Limitations:

• Does not include ground transportation or meals
• Guest must sign a rental agreement
• City of Napa Ordinance asks for all guests inside by 9PM on Weekdays and 10PM on weekends (5 cars max in the driveway, no flexibility), this is enforced by City and (and neighbors!)
• Blackout dates: 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Bottlerock
• Valid through December 2021
• Guests must pick dates available on calendar (dates are subject to change)
• Booking early after winning auction is highly recommended
