I consent to allowing Boys & Girls Clubs of North County to capture and use my personal data. I understand and have read the Terms of Service and understand that I may revoke this consent at any time.

AUCTION RULES:
* Unless otherwise specified, all auction items and services must be used by April 29, 2021.

* All sales are final. There will be no exchanges, refunds, or substitutions for any reason.

* The buyer is responsible for the item pickup and other arrangements needed to be made with the donor, unless otherwise stated.

* Items purchased, including gift certificates, may not be redeemed for cash.

* Please pay careful attention to the items which have date & availability restrictions.

* Dates of vacation and travel items will be arranged between donor and buyer.

* Boys & Girls Clubs of North County reserves the right to add & delete any items from the auction list.

* The stated value of auction items is based solely upon information provided by the donor. Boys & Girls Clubs of North County assumes no responsibility for any variance between the donor's representation and the actual current market value.

* Winning bidder assumes all risks of postponements and cancellations.
