Orfila Vineyards & Winery is an award-winning boutique winery nestled in the pristine San Pasqual Valley agricultural preserve, approximately 30 minutes north of San Diego, just 5 minutes off the I-15, on the way to the Wild Animal Park. Executive Winemaker Don Reha and his team produce premium Rhône-style wines from grapes grown on the hillside estate.

Located in the smallest American Viticulture Area (AVA) in the state, Orfila wines have put San Diego on the international wine map. Sol Rouge Vineyard & Winery (San Francisco)

Sol Rouge is a family estate vineyard and winery located in the Red Hills Appellation at elevations over 1800 feet. North of Napa Valley in the foothills of the dormant volcano which formed the North Coast wine country, this land contains rich, red volcanic soil and, from this unique profile, Sol Rouge derived its name - translating to "Red Soil" in French. This 70 acre estate is currently planted with Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Counoise, Cinsault, Petite Syrah, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. Nestled between Mt. Konocti and Benson Ridge in the Mayacamas Mountain range, this aggressive sight is all hillside with slopes up to 60% and is said to be the most tightly planted vineyard in the Red Hills, with nearly 6000 vines per hectare in some blocks.

Sol Rouge is focused on producing wines from the grape varietals of Southern France's Rhone and Bordeaux regions. We are currently partnering with vineyards in California who produce these varietals and who have distinct soil profiles similar to our terroir and those microclimates similar to that of these great wine regions of France. Our "non-intervention" winemaking philosophy will help to bring the true flavor and characteristics of the vineyard through to our wines.

Discover the Wines from Down Under - A sparkling, two white wines and five red wines are included in our Tour of Australia and New Zealand. The sparkling is certain to set a festive mood for your tasting and is followed by a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc in addition to a fun white from Australia. St. George Spirits (Alameda)

Enjoy a tour and tasting for (4). Tasting room hours are Thursday-Saturday, noon - 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, noon - 5:00 p.m.

Distillery tours are an extraordinary way to learn about craft distillation and artisanal spirits. The whole experience will give you the chance to see where our spirits are made and understand exactly what goes into crafting what's in your glass.

Tours provide an overview of our production area, with the chance to view our stills, fermentation tanks, barrel storage, and bottling line. Your friendly and knowledgeable spirit guide will provide an overview of the distillery's history, introduce you to our family of spirits, and explain our production process and equipment.

Tours conclude in our tasting room with a guided tasting designed to help you learn how to approach and appreciate spirits. Each tasting includes a selection of six of our spirits-all made onsite!
