Event Itinerary
Monday, April 27: Take-off! All Silent Auction items, Wine Pull bottles, and Fund-a-Need donations will be live. Preview our Live Auction items, but you'll have to wait for Saturday to start bidding.
Wednesday, April 29 + Thursday, April 30: In-flight service. Come by UCAL from 10am-5pm to no-touch pick up your Wine Pull win. Once you buy a ticket, you'll receive instructions and contact info for your no-touch pick up.
Saturday, May 2: Live Auction items are OPEN from 9am-9pm. Initial descent begins at 8pm with UCAL's Zoom Party- join UCAL faculty, board members, artists, neighbors, bidders, and partiers to toast to our community's support, hear about the Live Auction pieces from Annette, enter to win the outfit contest, and dance the night away.
All auction winners, including Wine Pull recipients, will redeem their item through a no-touch pick up at the Arts League in West Philadelphia. Logistics for auction items will be sorted after the event and items will be picked up in the weeks following.
You will be contacted by Luisa or Annette to pick up your Wine Pull bottle the week of April 27th so you can pop it open during our virtual party on Saturday, May 2nd!
