Honored to engage in the purposeful profession of therapy, I believe deeply in the ability of people to create meaningful change in their lives. Our struggles call us to grow and "become." I work collaboratively with my clients to assist in the development of insight and awareness, facilitate the pursuit of values-based goals, and inspire the cultivation of peaceful acceptance of life's inalterable difficulties. I value authentic connection with each client, building relationships which are nurturing, supportive and trusting. I encourage both accountability and hope.

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions and relationship issues. I enjoy working with teens and adults. My background as an appellate lawyer contributes to my solution-focused approach and makes me uniquely situated to understand the pressures experienced by grad students and professionals.

I am a experienced/trained in trauma therapies, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), as well as in CBT, ACT, DBT and mindfulness and meditation, among other modalities. I recognize that it is not always easy to seek help. It is my privilege and passion to accompany and guide each of my clients toward hope, healing and growth.
