These private, one-on-one (together or Zoom) coaching sessions for building confident and authentic public speaking skills. This includes between sessions email support content-writing prompts, speech tweaks, creative exercises, feedback, and other supportive content.

Focus is on delivering from an authentic place when speaking, vocal quality, breath work, eye contact, humor, connecting to your audience, confidence building, acknowledging anxiety and utilizing language for the most impactful outcome.

Kate Mueth is an Actor's Equity Union actor, Director, Choreographer, producer and the founder and Artistic Director of the not-for-profit The Neo-Political Cowgirls, an award-winning international professional dance theater and arts education company. Kate is passionate about using the arts to address social justice and conflict resolution and she finds incredible joy in coaching women to strengthen their creative imagination and activation as an engine for societal change-making.
