What inspired me for this drawing was that I looked at the iPad and all of the pictures of Australia before the forest. The pictures looked really nice so I did a picture of that and made it say 'Make Australia look like this again'. When I was working I did make a mistake but then I fixed it so that my drawing would be even better than it was before.

My piece is based on the Australian bushfires that are happening right now. I wanted to encourage people to find way they can help solve this problem instead of just leaving it up to the Australians. If everyone does their part we can accomplish a lot more and hopefully solve this disaster. One thing I hope people will notice about my artwork is that the actual picture is in black and white while the words "You Can Help Too" are in color. Hopefully this inspires people to do what they can to help.

I love Australia because it has so many interesting animals, so I decided to draw some of them. Some of them are not as well known, so I wrote their names. I like to use pencils and colored pencils, so that is what I used for this project. I blended some of the colors to create the perfect color for the animals.

The idea for this project was that I wanted to create a happy and peaceful scene. My inspiration was that I wanted to take out the bad and only color good. I colored my drawing with colored pencils and I outlined them in sharpies before I colored them in.
