My koala was born May 3, 2011. It's name is Ellie. I am excited for the auction because I would like to help animals in need and I love art.

He was born on August 15th, 1991. He loves to cuddle and teach young kids. I am excited for the auction because it will show true art that was made by kids who feel they are showing true art. This is a maybe once in a lifetime experience.

The artwork I made was to give support to Australia. They are in bad shape and buying this artwork can fix that! I drew Australia and the flag with little hearts with A's for Australia in them! I used pencils, sharpies, and a ruler. These help me plan out and perfect my work. It was challenging to draw the shape of Australia, but I tried my best and it turned out how I pictured it! I used a lot of color and shapes too!

My artwork is based on the Australian fire that is occurring. I chose this design because I want to show motivation for the firefighters. Also, one technique that I used was that I outlined everything first with pencil, so I wouldn't make a mistake with colored pencil.

The subject of my artwork is the Sydney Opera House. I hope people will notice the further away you are from it, the more you can notice the shading. In my artwork I used rectangles, triangles, and lines.

My piece is about a helicopter dropping carrots. I decided to draw this because I saw a lot of pictures of animals homes destroyed. Also the helicopters would drop the carrots because all of their food was gone.

My picture depicts a woman firefighter saving a baby koala from the terrible bushfires. They are moving away from the destroyed land to a fertile place with new life. If we all work together to save all of the animals in Australia, they can have wonderful lives and a brighter future.
