My piece is about a helicopter dropping carrots. I decided to draw this because I saw a lot of pictures of animals homes destroyed. Also the helicopters would drop the carrots because all of their food was gone.

I chose to draw a bunch of people because a lot of them are losing their homes. I drew animals because they are dying. My favorite part is the food falling from the helicopter.

My picture is of a kangaroo with fire behind it. I did this because so many kangaroos are being killed or injured in the fires. I'm really proud of the shading that I did.

I chose to do my project on the pilots that fly the SDF planes. SDF planes fly over wildfires and put them out in the sky. I chose the SDF plane because I feel that they don't get enough attention and the credit they deserve.

This drawing is of a koala who is very thirsty. I was inspired by people in Australia who were saving animals and then giving them water.

I chose this because you should always help your friend even if it is hard to do. My favorite part of my project is the background because it makes the project look better.

My painting is of two hands reaching to save each other while sparks from the fire are flying around them. My favorite part is the sparks, I think they give it the pop and a colorful boost.

This piece represents the peace to come for Australia. The sunrise is a symbol of hope for the 'Day' to come.
