1st-3rd Gr CrossFit- Mrs B Lee
$65CrossFit workout experience for a 1st - 3rd grade student and a friend.
Six Instant Buy slots available - each purchase of a slot enables one CHA student and one friend to participate in a 30-minute workout class led by a certified CrossFit instructor. It is hosted by CHA's Resource Teacher, Mrs. Betty Lee, who will provide a refreshing treat post-workout.
Parents must sign a CrossFit Waiver and provide transportation for their student.

Time: 4:00-4:30 pm (1st-3rd grades)

CrossFit Rally Point Endeavors has been educating adults and youth in fitness for the past ten years. Our kids program is modeled after our adult program but scaled down for a younger population. We focus on squatting, pressing, throwing, jumping, rolling, and anything else that challenges the mind and body. We will lead your child through a fun and engaging workout focused on teamwork and fitness outside of a sport. We want our youth athletes to understand that fitness is a lifelong activity and should be fun as well as results driven.
