Good Day
Door was painted by area artist Tiffany Cade
"Art is a form of expression, so simply put, I paint what I like - what I find interesting and intriguing. My perspective on life is that the glass is always half full. As such, I use my art to uplift, encourage, and empower. My goal is to convey hopefulness and optimism in each piece through the use of rich colors and simplified figures and shapes.
The main side painting is called "Evolution." It shows a mother and son evolving over time. It shows the same two people just at different stages in life (mother and infant son, mother with teen son, mother with adult son). Although time passes and their physicality changes, the love and care between them remain the same.
On the other side, green grass, sweet fuchsia flowers, and a sunrise symbolize a lovely start of any day. I have purposely layered the colors to go from dark to light from the bottom to the top. This transition from darkness (adversity/obstacles/sickness) to light (victory/goal/healing) is gradual. This door concept serves as a visual reminder of the journey."
