Join Michelin Bib Gourmand Chef Ari Weiswasser, the owner and Executive Chef of locally-loved and internationally-recognized Glen Ellen Star, for an evening of fabulous food and wine, right from your own kitchen! Chef Ari will create a menu that highlights the fall season's bounty, pairing it with Bouchaine's award-winning Estate wines, their 91-point 2016 Chardonnay and 93-point 2016 Pinot Noir. We'll ship you a bottle of each, along with the menu and ingredient list. Tune in on September 27th at 5 pm for a virtual cooking lesson, hosted at Bouchaine's brand new state of the art tasting room and kitchen. Bouchaine host Brian Allard will discuss the wines with Chef Ari, tell some dad jokes, and take you on a virtual tour of the grounds.

Heirloom tomato Panzanella, cucumbers, oil cured olives, Cowgirl Creamery cottage cheese, sourdough, balsamic emulsion

House-made rigatoni, chanterelle mushrooms, demi sec cherry tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, Parmesan and basil butter

Paired with Bouchaine Vineyards 2016 Estate Chardonnay; 91 points

Roasted chicken under a brick, preserved lemon and local olive oil

Paired with Bouchaine Vineyards 2016 Estate Pinot Noir; 93 points
