Pilates - 4 Group Sessions

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements.

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Certificate includes a pair of Pilates socks to be provided at first work out.

Led by Dinee Peters-Bell who brings over 20 years of fitness experience to Republic Aerial Yoga. She is a full-time fitness instructor, and a master certified Pilates instructor who has trained under Balanced Body and Club Pilates. She has completed over 500 hours of RYT and is trained in Vinyasa, Aerial, and Yin Yoga.
