Bid Numbers 100-110 are Live Auction items and bidding begins at 7:00 pm on November 7th. Silent Auction items can be bid on between November 2-7, 2020. Bidding on all items will closed at 8:15 p.m. on 11/7/2020.
There will be 75 First Choice opportunities which may be purchased starting on November 2nd and finishing at 3:00 pm on November 7th. Each bid will be $100. The First Choice winner will be notified on 11/7 to select one item from the Live Auction items.
All sales are final. No changes, refunds, or exchanges will be made. Sale to another party by the winner will impose NO obligation on Assistance League of St. Louis. Services sold at action must be used by October, 2021 unless otherwise specified. Any amount bid over fair market value of an item is considered tax deductible.
Silent Auction Procedures
Bidding is open starting on November 2nd and open until November 7th at 8:00 pm. The status of the bids will be continuous. All silent auction bidding is done through GiveSmart via your cell phone. All sales are final and no changes, refunds, or exchanges will be made.
