Three Nights in Desert Home Near Joshua Tree National Park

Up to three nights in our desert home! Situated on 10 acres of scenic high desert terrain (at 4,500'), our little cottage is nestled against a rock mountain about 20 minutes away from Joshua Tree National Park in its own peaceful, park-like setting. It is rustic -- we have no WiFi, no telephone, no TV, no maid service -- but it is tidy and lovingly decorated, with three small bedrooms with down comforters and cotton sheets, one bathroom, a cozy living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and tons of games and books. Barbecue on the porch while the sun sets over the distant buttes, roast marshmallows, hike around the area, and drive to nearby Pappy and Harriet's Pioneertown Palace, a great honky tonk with live bands and amazing chili.
