You and four other couples can enjoy the beauty of the Willamette Valley Wine Country from the comfort of your own home in this wonderful package.

Since planting the first vine in l996, winemaker/geologist Mike Hallock has farmed sustainably; no irrigation, herbicides or pesticides. The volcanic soils yield elegant mineral driven wines. Carabella's winemaking style is minimalist, featuring small fermenters and sur lie barrel fermentations. Each wine is a pure expression of our vineyard high in the Chehalem Mountains.

The wines included in the virtual tasting have at least 90 points in national reviews with the exception of the limited "Eve's Garden" Library release. It's never sent for reviews. Mike Hallock will personally lead you through tasting these wines in your virtual tasting experience.

Each tasting package will include:

• 2017 20th Anniversary Carabella Estate Pinot Gris
• 2017 Carabella Estate Chardonnay
• 2016 Carabella Estate Pinot Noir
• 2014 Carabella Estate "Eve's Garden" Pinot Noir
• A virtual tasting (via Zoom) with the winemaker

The auction lot includes five wine packages. The winner may invite friends to participate in a virtual tasting of these with winemaker Mike Hallock in the comfort of their own homes. The shared virtual tasting will be on a mutually determined date before December 31, 2020. The wines may be picked up from SMEF a week or two after the auction.
