Military Mortgage Specialist/Mental Toughness Course
 
Course Information: Developing Mental Toughness for Real Estate and Mortgage Professionals

This very special course is taught by Louise Thaxton and Sean Parnell. You'll be taught three tactics which will strengthen your ability to resist, manage and overcome the doubts, worries, concerns and circumstances that can prevent you from succeeding on your mission.

The objective of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in offering the designation of Military Mortgage Specialist is to provide a platform whereby loan professionals can be thoroughly trained, equipped and certified to handle with excellence the mortgage loan needs of our active and former military clients. 

This class alone will not provide you with the MMS Designation. Achieving this Designation is a 3-part process:

Part 1: You MUST attend a Boot Camp

Part 2: You MUST complete the MMS course

Part 3: You MUST complete the following post-training tasks:

a. Watch the video HERE by Kim Guillory; 

b. Purchase combat boots from a local store or at BootCampaign. OR if you are a veteran of the United States military,    your own boots are GREAT!  A reminder to you that a portion of the boot sales at Boot Campaign go back into wounded hero projects - so you are actually giving back by buying boots;

c. Read the book Outlaw Platoon by Sean Parnell;

d. Read War of Art by Steven Pressfield;

e. Read one of the following:
               * World Changer by Karen Vaughn **** Recommended****
               *Lone Survivor (or watch the movie)
               *American Sniper (or watch the movie)
 

Once you have completed all of the above requirements, send an email to [email protected], and we will send you the MMS logo, and advise Fairway Marketing that you will have access to the MMS marketing materials, and the MMS logo on your business cards, e-mail signature, etc.
