1.    The Online Auction will be held from July 8 at 12:00 pm to July 15, 2020, at 10:00 pm.

2.    In the event of bidding errors, please notify Her Justice ([email protected]) who will contact Give Smart.

3.    The winner is the highest bidder as registered by the auction system at the close of the auction. If you used or provided your cell phone number, you will receive a text message indicating if you are the winning bidder once the auction has closed. There may be a short delay between the auction closing and the winner determination.  Her Justice staff will contact winners, and shipping can be arranged at the winners' cost.

4.    All items are sold "AS IS" and Her Justice makes no representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied, with respect to any item, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of the catalog or notices or descriptions of any item, nor be deemed to have made any representations or warranty of description, physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, genuineness, attribution, authenticity, provenance or historical relevance of an item.  No statement in the catalog, notice or description or made at the sale, in any bill of sale, invoice or elsewhere, whether oral or written, shall be deemed to be a representation or warranty or any assumption of liability.  Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. Dollar values are estimates provided by the donor and are not warranted by Her Justice.

5.    Some lots offered for sale are subject to a reserve, which is the confidential minimum price below which such lot will not be sold.

6.    Shipping arrangements:

All items will be shipped in mid-August to a residential or business location that is currently occupied.  All deliveries will require a signature.

Each purchaser will pay the shipping fee by credit card.  Her Justice will contact each purchaser in mid-August to confirm the shipping address and costs.
