The Audubon Nature Center is not available for rental outside of this one and only event, so bid today for a chance to experience this one-of-a-kind venue!

Winner must follow the included guidelines to complete their reservation:

· Contact the Community Outreach Coordinator to reserve a date no later than 8 weeks prior - be aware some of our programs book up to a YEAR in advance, so if you have a certain date in mind, we advise you to contact us IMMEADIATELY following this event

· Group size cannot exceed 40 people (which may also fluctuate with required CDC recommendations)

Other considerations:

· Any desired food or drink must be catered by an outside vendor of your choice

· You can bring your own beer or alcohol but must comply with Chatfield State Park rules (no glass allowed)

· Any trash or recycling produced by your event must leave the premises - we do not have trash service or recycling service at our location, not to mention, well, the bears . . . as in real ones, with teeth, and claws J

· Water to the building is only on from May through October

· Space heaters are the only source of heating during the fall and winter

· The building does not have a cooling system - did we mention it is rustic?
