"As I entered the seventh grade I knew I was going to have a teacher that cared but I couldn't have ever imagined what this truly meant.  Mr. Gray impacted my life in so many ways and I am confident to say that I am not the only person to feel this way."

Message from the Superintendent

Welcome to the 2020 Saint Peter School Gala!

Saint Peter School is one of our finest schools. Rich in tradition and faith, St. Peter School offers strong academics, a high-quality faculty, a deep sense of community and active and engaged parents.

We are privileged to serve your sons and daughters and work alongside you to help them become young women and men of great distinction - collaboratively developing their heart, mind and soul.

Thank you for entrusting your children to us and thank you for your commitment to this wonderful school.

Thomas W. Carroll
Superintendent of Schools
Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston

Message from the Pastor

Dear Friends,

As a Catholic School of the Archdiocese of Boston, we are proud of the fact that for the last one hundred and seventeen years Saint Peter School has faced the challenges of educating our young students. We strive to instill in them a love of learning, the ability to think through problems, make good moral choices and how to live with others in mutual respect.  Saint Peter School is a place where people of different nationalities, different religions, different political persuasions and different economic backgrounds are all welcomed and valued. Our differences are something that gives us opportunity for discussion and learning, not something that separates us. We are proud of the fact that our students spend their school day in a community that is a microcosm of the world in which they live. We are equally committed to continue at this task for many years to come.

Saint Peter School provides a foundational experience which encourages development of the Heart, Mind and Soul. The Heart is seen as the center of relationship, love, compassion and kindness, among other virtues. The Heart reminds that we are not the center of the universe - but rather one piece of a much larger puzzle. The Mind is the center where we are able to think, reason and make decisions. The Mind seeks the good of both the individual and the common good of society as well. The Soul is what connects us to the love and power of God. The Soul connects us to the will of God, and unites us in a common ethic of life. Saint Peter School seeks to help develop the Heart, Mind and Soul of each child.

Thank you to our amazing and talented Faculty and Administrators for their dedication, enthusiasm and commitment. Thank you to all our parent and student community for allowing us to share in your life journey. And, thank you to the many unnamed people who work quietly each day to help enrich our lives.

Enjoy your evening! Your presence not only helps with the day-to-day operation of the school, but also provides tuition/scholarship assistance for our students. In this way we can be sure to make available to all qualified applicants an opportunity of a first class Catholic education.

Fr. Lenny
