Where's the Beef? In Your Kitchen with Local 100% Grass Finished Beef from Sophie's Farm in Kerhonkson
Enjoy true farm-to-table meals with a quarter of one of Nik and Nelda Gerner's naturally raised Red Devon cows. That's about 80 pounds of beef, including rib eye, porterhouse, T-bone, short ribs, filet, stew meat and ground beef to be picked up from the farm in late November, packaged and ready to savor. Discover how delicious free-range, hormone and antibiotic free, grass finished beef can be. Thanks, Nik and Nelda for supporting the Preserve and protecting the agricultural heritage of the Rondout Valley!

Adventure and Fun for Six in the Great Outdoors - Dinner and Sleepover at Spring Farm
