Where's the Beef? In Your Kitchen with Local 100% Grass Finished Beef from Sophie's Farm in Kerhonkson
Enjoy true farm-to-table meals with a quarter of one of Nik and Nelda Gerner's naturally raised Red Devon cows. That's about 80 pounds of beef, including rib eye, porterhouse, T-bone, short ribs, filet, stew meat and ground beef to be picked up from the farm in late November, packaged and ready to savor.
