Over the past 6 years, through Parent Council events like the Saints Bash, generous parents like you have helped fund improvements to Carrier Circle, the addition of the McGuffey Portico, the Kuyper Conference Room renovation, improvements to campus technology including updating wi-fi and connectivity, new faculty laptops and even our new website!

Event Details

5:30 p.m. Patrons' Party

Come and join friends for passed hors d'oeuvres, a speciality beverage and preview of auction items!

6:30 p.m. Saints Bash
Silent auction will be open throughout the evening. The dinner buffet will open at 6:30 p.m., followed by the live auction, paddle raise, and entertainment by Pink Cadillac Band. Stay tuned for more details!

Parking: Available on the surrounding streets and across Charlotte Avenue at Richland Park. Rideshare is encouraged.

Attire: City Chic
Dress up your favorite jeans or pull out that fun dress in the back of your closet but leave your cocktail dresses at home. Gentlemen, break out your favorite sports coat; suits and ties are not required! Come ready to dance!

Auction: Bidding Instructions
All bidding in the silent auction will take place at www.SaintsBash.org. Send this link to family and friends who are unable to attend so they can join in the fun! Items will be available for preview prior to the event.

The silent auction will open on Wednesday, February 19 at 8:00 a.m. and will close on Friday, February 21 at 9:30 p.m.

Auction Rules

1. By bidding in St. Paul Christian Academy auctions, each bidder agrees to these auction rules.
2. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. All items are "as is." St. Paul Christian Academy has attempted to describe and catalog items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of the descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of the items. No statement made in the online or printed catalog, or made orally at the auction or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
3. The auction item value listed is an estimate of fair market value. Items have not been appraised unless so noted. The amount you pay above this fair market value estimate is normally tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax advisor to clarify amount of deduction.
4. Restaurant gift certificates may not include alcohol, tax, or gratuities unless specified.
5. Payment for purchased items must be made in full on the night of the auction via GiveSmart, cash, or check to the cashier, or alternative arrangements must be made at the discretion of St. Paul Christian Academy. Please allow 15 minutes after the silent auction bidding has closed before reporting to check out.
6. Following payment, you may pick up your purchases in the checkout area. You must pay for your items before collecting them.
7. If present at the event, the purchaser must pick up all items the night of the auction, unless arrangements are made. In the absence of a prior arrangement and/or after a reasonable of attempts to arrange pick-up, any item left unclaimed may be resold and proceeds will go to St. Paul Christian Academy.
8. St. Paul Christian Academy reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction.
9. All auction gift certificates and experiences must be used by the date specified in the description.
10. Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from St. Paul Christian Academy, their elected and appointed officials, members and employees, the auctioneer(s), the auction company and its agents and employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.
