General Information

What to Expect: A silent and live auction, sign-up parties, raffles, and 6 rounds of trivia with friends!

What to Bring: Food, Drinks and Cash. NO food, ice or bottled water will be provided. Drinks are included only if you purchase the Premier Bar Cup (see below for further details). Cash - All auction items, raffles and games can be purchased through the online auction site and paid using a credit card, so you will not need cash but you can use cash for purchases if you prefer.

Premier Bar Cup: A commemorative bottomless cup, priced at $30. All-you-can-drink beer, wine and liquor. You can purchase a cup online before the event or the night of the event (while supplies last)!

Best Dressed: This year's theme is Mardi Gras Masquerade so feel free to dress up. And while you are at it, don't stop with the outfit, you can decorate your table as well. Prizes will be awarded for Best Dressed and Best Table Decor.

Commonly Used Terms

Sign-Up Parties: A variety of kid-only, adult-only and family-friendly parties hosted by Bristol parents. Sign-ups start the night of the event until they are full. In the past these have included: kid pool parties, adult-only Ping Pong tournament, and everyone's favorite - the Progressive Dinner. Progressive Dinner: Our most popular, adult-only, sign-up party. All attendees start the night together at a single house for appetizers, then are randomly assigned to a dinner house in small groups of about 4-6 couples. After Dinner, everyone gathers at a final house for drinks and dessert. This event is an excellent way to meet other Bristol parents.
