• The first Thursday of every month, Award-winning Sunda New Asian presents a traditional Filipino Kamayan Feast featuring the full range of culinary flavors and textures from this culturally-rich country. A fun, educational experience, Sunda's Feast is interactive and photo-worthy. Valid for two (2) tickets.
• The Chicago Meat Collective is an educational resource that teaches classes on butchery and meat cookery, with a focus on locally and sustainably raised whole animals. Enjoy a private duck confit demonstration in your own home - you and three (3) friends will get to see how duck confit is made from the whole raw duck through to the finished product. End by tasting some duck confit along with a natural wine pairing, and talking about serving suggestions, shelf life, and proper storage.

Valid for $180 value, winner responsible for remainder of balance at time of registration if class cost exceeds value. Sunda: Expires October 31, 2020. Valid only for Kamayan Feast and based on availability. Must present certificate to book.
